Data we process

• Data you send through the contact form: name, company, professional email address, country, document requested and, if you write one, your message.
• Technical connection data (such as IP address, date and time, page requested), recorded by our host in the server logs.

• Answering your request and sending the documents you ask for: pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) or our legitimate interest in answering professional enquiries (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Business follow-up with professional contacts: our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). You can object at any time.
• Security and operation of the website: our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Recipients

• Authorised staff of RB Active SL.
• RB Process France SAS (France), service provider of RB Active SL for research and regulatory affairs, acting as processor when it helps answer your request.
• Other companies of the RB Process group in Switzerland, where needed to answer your request. Switzerland benefits from an adequacy decision of the European Commission.
• OVH SAS (France), host of the website and of our email service, acting as processor.

Your data is not sold or passed on to third parties for their own purposes.

Retention

Contact requests are kept for 3 years from the last exchange, then deleted. Server logs are kept by our host for a limited period for security purposes.

Your rights

You can request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, restriction of processing or portability of your data, and object to processing, by writing to contact@rbprocess.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish data protection authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (www.aepd.es).
