RB Process was founded on a single technical conviction: supercritical CO₂ extraction applied to rice bran produces active cosmetic ingredients that petrochemical processes cannot match, at equivalent or superior performance, without solvent residue, without hexane, without industrial waste. The company develops, produces and commercializes OryzActive and OryzaCare for cosmetic formulators and brands seeking clinically proven, clean-label performance backed by independent third-party studies and a granted patent portfolio.

Natural SPF and clean beauty.
Mineral sun care formulators require a lipid vehicle contributing natively to UV absorption without an additional INCI. OryzActive Base exceeds the EU broad-spectrum critical wavelength threshold of 370 nm in neat form (native CW 385 nm, Helioscience 2606-AOX00091).
Documented antioxidant actives.
The combination of antioxidant activity, patented photoactivation, full photostability and SPF contribution in a single raw material is independently verified across 10+ Helioscience studies. Single INCI across three SKUs.
